RETURN & exchange policy
Because Michael Good jewelry is made to order, we cannot take returns, however, we are happy to make an exchange within one month of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Some items may be special order and not exchangeable.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Some pieces, such as those ordered to a custom size, 18k white or rose gold, or non-pierced earrings are considered special order and are not exchangeable once purchased.
